Favorite part of wedding day
My favorite part about wedding day is fluffing the bride’s train right before they walk down the aisle to their almost-husband.

Wedding day tip
Make the day about you two. You are not celebrating this day for anyone else except the person you are marrying. Keep your happiness in mind the whole time, not everyone else’s.

Wedding Experience
I have coordinated weddings at my church since the summer of 2018 and joined Veil Events in February of 2021.

A bride should hire a day-of coordinator because they have spent a lot of money and time planning a wonderful day to celebrate with family and friends. Instead of thinking about all the little things on wedding day or designating a family or friend, we can do it all while you and everyone attending can enjoy themselves.

Love for the industry
I am a mom and teacher so a lot of my everyday life works well on wedding day too. I get to meet so many people and be that go-to person about practically everything on wedding day. That being said, working weddings is for me. It gives me a day to get away, talk to adults, and have fun while doing it.

Elisabeth and Taylor made our wedding day absolutely perfect! They went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly on the big day. From making sure we ate, to directing guests to where they were supposed to go, to finishing up on our décor, we could not have asked for more from them. We would recommend them to everyone, every time.

Veil Events was amazing for our big day! Elisabeth is wonderful and I don’t think I could have had such a perfect day without her! We hired Veil Events as a month end coordinator. She helped us figure out our timeline which I think can be one of the hardest things. She helped us with every step of the way and answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease. She kept us on track for our wedding day and made sure we got to eat (which is very hard with everyone coming up to you) She did AWESOME! Her and her team helped decorate and did a beautiful job. She told me multiple times to go ahead and go to the bridal room to start my day and there was nothing for me to worry about! We were suppose to have our rehearsal dinner at the venue and had a few issues with overbooking, so we were very stressed out on knocking the decor out morning of. Elisabeth was at the Venue before I was and she totally killed it! I would highly recommend hiring Veil Events. They helped make my dream come true. Definitely worth it! You girls rock! Thanks again!!

I had heard great things about Veil Events from two other mothers I work with and knowing my son and his fiancé were getting married, it seemed it would be a huge benefit to have a Day of Coordinator and we weren’t wrong! My daughter-in—law, Whitney, and I enjoyed meeting Elisabeth and having her help us navigate the planning steps for the next several months. Elisabeth never seemed to tire with all the questions we had along the way and was always very supportive. The week of the wedding, there was rain in the forecast every day and we were so worried since it was to be an outdoor ceremony. Elisabeth and her assistant, Taylor, took charge and had Plan B ready to go just in case. Luckily, it didn’t rain and everything turned out just beautiful. I’m not great at delegating tasks but Elisabeth and Taylor were amazing with finishing up all the details and kept everything moving along very smoothly. At the end of the night, we were very grateful we had opted to add the package to help with packing everything away! They did an amazing job of getting everything back in the totes, food saved in our containers and everything just amazingly done after a long day for us all. Whitney and I can’t thank them enough for their help! Thinking about a coordinator? Do it and do it with Veil Events, you won’t be sorry!

We chose the “month of” coordinator option and it was so worth it. They met with us a few times throughout the planning process and had great suggestions to guide us. “Veil Events was such a dream to work with! After meeting Lindsay in a chance encounter at work and attending the Veil Events Bridal show in June 2021, I couldn’t be more excited to book the Month Of Coordination Package for our upcoming Spring 2022 wedding. Early on, Lindsay helped create our timeline and introduced us to the My Wedding Planner Google Doc Spreadsheet, a tool that was so helpful to have on hand when communicating with vendors. With this meeting and every meeting thereafter, it truly felt like talking with a friend. Her genuine enthusiasm and willingness to entertain any and all of our questions was so greatly appreciated. On the day of, we were looking forward to working with Elisabeth and meeting our second coordinator. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot of the venue, we received the best surprise when Lindsay met us at our vehicle and let us know she would be apart of the whole day. Lindsay and Elisabeth were such a fun team to work with. Together they did a fantastic job keeping our timeline in check and we were so impressed by their attention to detail. We were so impressed by their collaboration and communication with the venue coordinator and other vendors to bring my decor and table design to life in such a beautiful way. From figuring out my complicated bustle, to managing a miscommunication situation with our final exit photo opportunity, Lindsay and Elisabeth truly advocated for our best day with professionalism and positive attitudes.
