Favorite part of wedding day
The moment after the bride and groom walk down the aisle as a married couple. They’re so elated and relieved it’s over. I always sneak my couples off to a private area to have a moment just the two of them to get to enjoy the feeling of being married.
Wedding day tip
I always tell my brides to pick the top 5 things they want everyone to remember from their wedding day. Maybe it’s an amazing photographer or a super fun band or DJ. Perhaps it’s delicious food or the most beautiful dress. Whatever it is, spend your money there and everything else is small details.
Wedding experience
Weddings were always something I loved, from the look on the couple’s face to the celebration on the dance floor. In 2010 I moved to Kansas City and started working for a wedding planner as her assistant on the day of coordination. In 2013, I started my own wedding coordination business to help those brides who didn’t think they could afford to hire a wedding coordinator. Then I joined Veil Events when it started in 2018.
Hire Veil Events because…
The bride spends many months planning the perfect wedding and then doesn’t know who is going to execute it on the wedding day. Many brides think their family can help make their plans come true but they’re often busy with pictures or visiting with family, or worse, they miss all the important moments of their loved one’s big day. A wedding coordinator makes sure the bride and their family have the perfect, stress-free day!
