Working with Veil Events and Kendra with them was a dream. I tend to be an organized person and in control so I was worried about a coordinator and what that relationship would look like. Kendra was phenomenal and took all the guess work out of the planning process and made my day stress free. Everyone continues to ask me about my wedding day and if everything went smoothly and my response has been it was absolutely perfect, I wish I could relive the day over and over again and if something went wrong, I did not know about it. It was so nice to be able to just focus on my marriage, my husband, and my family that day and not have to worry about any planning, vendors, or questions. Especially since I am someone that likes to be in control, it was a new experience to give the reigns to someone else and not have to even stress about anything that day. Kendra had multiple meetings with me before my wedding day to ensure she understood my vision and my plans for the day. These meetings cut out so much unnecessary stress on day of that Kendra already knew the plans, the vision, and my intentions for the day. Having a coordinator was key for our wedding day as we had a church ceremony and then a reception at a different location. The coordinators really assisted with the reception space and made sure all of my vendors showed up on time and everything looked just as I wanted. I was able to walk into my reception space on the day of and it looked just like I had pictured, and I did not have to stress about decor or set up on wedding day. I am a timely person, and I thought time was going to be my biggest stressor on the wedding day, but with Veil Events help with constructing the timeline and making sure everything went smoothly on day of, we were ahead of schedule all day which made me feel so much more relaxed. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they assist so many people throughout the day not just the bride. I could not recommend Kendra and the Veil Events team enough! I seriously wish I could relive my wedding day over and over and I believe a big portion of that has to do with my coordinator team.

We did month of, and if we had known we were going to use a wedding coordinator since day one, we would have done the full service. These women are such an incredible team and ensure every single detail is taken care of. We would not have had many many crucial details on our wedding day without Kendra. I purchased the wedding management package and could not recommend it more! Kendra was our coordinator and we could not imagine planning without her! From attending vendor meetings and asking all the questions I didn’t know to ask, to providing guidance when we made decisions (big or small), she did it all. I felt so good going into wedding weekend (totally stress free) and then she just absolutely knocked it out of the park on wedding day. Making sure everyone was where they should be, making sure everything looked like what was planned, checking in and making sure I had everything I needed – I felt so well taken care of and was able to just be present and enjoy the best day of my life. Kendra at Veil events was amazing. We were in desperate need of a wedding planner as we were planning our wedding from Wisconsin. Not only did Kendra go above and beyond for us, she made the hassle of wedding planning from another state a breeze. I can’t recommend her enough. I am beyond happy that my husband and I decided to hire Veil Events as our Coordinators for our wedding this summer.  It was an exceptional experience right from the very beginning.  They provided an amazing wedding planning system which included a physical copy of a wedding planner as well as an extensive spreadsheet that made keeping track of everything that needed to be taken care of before the wedding a breeze.  Paige, the Coordinator we worked with directly, was super knowledgeable, clearly had worked with most of my vendors before, and had lots of amazing advice right from our first meeting.  She met with me several times the month before our wedding, including meeting me for a very helpful walkthrough of our wedding venue as the day approached.  I felt at all times that she knew exactly how things should go and that helped me feel so relaxed, calm, and confident leading up to wedding day.  On our actual wedding day, Paige and her assistant Kendra did an amazing job of making sure everything was set up exactly as we discussed and looked beautiful, that things ran smoothly and were on time, and that any issues that cropped up were dealt with easily and efficiently.    I don’t think our wedding could have gone any more smoothly or have been any more beautiful than it was and Paige and Kendra were a huge part of the reason why.  Thank you Paige, Kendra, and Veil Events!

As I reminisce on our wedding 4 months ago, you can’t help but think about all the amazing vendors and people that made it just the perfect day, and Kendra at Veil Events is at the top of that list. “Where do I even begin?! Lindsay and her team are worth their weight in gold. Lindsay was our lead planner and she made us feel supported, organized, and special from the very beginning. Which leads me to Kendra, our assistant planner. Kendra was amazing. I can’t even remember how many times (and how many bobby pins) Kendra took to retouch my hair before the reception. She was there to help me use the bathroom with another bridesmaid when the rest of my crew had suddenly vanished to cocktail hour (as expected!). She was the one leading the way at our venue and it was decorated beautifully without a flaw in sight.

The entire reception ran so smoothly, all thanks to Lindsay and Kendra. They kept us on time, and left us with plenty of time to dance and enjoy ourselves. At the end of the night, we had Veil Events closing crew help to tear down the venue. They were again kind, detail-oriented, and efficient. When we got to our hotel room, Veil Events and Lindsay had left us with a sweet note and some surprises.

I am actually tearing up writing this. Planning a wedding is overwhelming and so stressful. The second we hired Lindsay, I knew I could manage the process because she was so supportive. She even respected my month-off of wedding planning when I had to study for and take the bar exam (you know, only two months before our wedding! Yikes!). If you are considering hiring a wedding planner (which you definitely should – it makes the biggest difference), please please please do yourself a favor and hire Lindsay and her team!
