We worked with Kaylie at Veil for our coordinating and we were blown away! We had a wedding with 350 guests invited so we knew we wanted to have someone help us along the way to make sure the planning and wedding day all went smoothly.
We started meeting with Kaylie about six months out. We had a monthly check-in where she helped us narrow our focus on what needed to be done/what our focus should be during different phases of the planning. She was extremely organized. She had electronic shared documents that helped us all stay on the same page. She always responded in a timely manner, and was willing to help answer questions, even outside of our meeting times.
She was at all of our vendor meetings, did a great job touching base with everyone and making sure we all had what we needed before the day of the wedding. Having her there to ask questions with each vendor was more helpful than I can express!
On our wedding day, she was absolutely perfect. She handled all questions and/or concerns. Every single thing ran smoothly, on time as according to the schedule we had created, and we had everything we needed. Nobody came to me (the bride), the groom, or our families for questions. She handled it all. Everything went exactly as planned and was the most beautiful day we could’ve imagined.She was extremely personable, got to know us and was someone we had so much fun getting to know and work with! I am so grateful we worked with Kaylie. I would highly suggest using Kaylie as your Wedding Coordinator. I can’t say enough amazing things about her!
