Katie was our month of coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic!! From the moment we had our first meeting to the month of the wedding, she made sure we had everything in order. She even assisted with last minute wardrobe and hair. She made sure our special day went super smooth and easy! I highly recommend Katie to be your coordinator!!

Katie with Veil Events helped me stay grounded throughout the wedding planning process. I purchased the Month-Of Coordination package, and it was the perfect fit for the Type A bride in me. The planning book and the computer program they provide were incredibly helpful and, honestly, the parts I used the most. I loved being able to plan the majority of my wedding day myself but still have guidance, suggestions, and reassurance during our meetings. On the wedding day itself, I didn’t have to lift a finger. If anything didn’t go exactly as planned, I never knew about it, which is exactly what you hope for as a bride. Everything flowed smoothly from my perspective, and I was able to stay fully present. Overall I would absolutely recommend Veil Events to anyone who wants structure, support, and peace of mind during the planning journey and on the big day.

Katie & the veil events team were a huge blessing to me during my wedding planning process. I spent a year and a half planning my wedding & before Katie was apart of that process, I was ready to pull out all of my hair. no exaggeration. I knew I could not do this on my own.

When I had the pleasure of meeting Katie and speaking with her, she provided me with a veil events planner to keep things organized, she broke down the process for me & relieved all the stress I was feeling. She made sure to keep in regular contact with me, set up meetings (in person, Virtual & over the phone) as many times as I needed and let me tell you… I was always asking questions but she was there to clarify & help with no hesitation.

Katie kept me on track, made sure things were done on a timely manner, listed out all of the things I needed to complete & when they needed to be completed. She kept in contact with all of my vendors, which was a huge relief.

It is extremely easy to feel overwhelmed but Katie was incredibly kind, informative & reassured me that we were making more progress than I probably felt like we were.

If I didn’t have the help of Katie or the veil events team, I truly don’t think I could have survived my wedding day. My wedding day was stress free, I was able to genuinely enjoy it & I had the most fun I’ve probably ever had.

Katie & her team kept our wedding party in line, on schedule, no one had to ask me a single question. She helped me with my dress, & made sure I had time eat (she would check in on me to make sure I was actually eating!) The best part… when things happened that were not planned, I was completely unaware because she found solutions to everything & later when people shared the information with me, I just laughed & it was fabulous. She truly took care of everything little thing.

Katie at Veil Events was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, very helpful, and always on top of things! She was so organized and made me feel so at ease. She reached out to vendors and got things wrapped up! I used her for the last 6 months of my wedding, and I couldn’t have done it without her. I planned the majority of my wedding but wanted some support on the day of. Veil events had a package that worked so well for me! I had two meetings prior to the day where we did a check point to make sure I was on track for the big day. The week of and the day of the wedding were truly stress free. Katie was very clear in communication, asked all the right questions, and listened to all my needs and wants prior to the big day. I truly got to enjoy my wedding and not worry about anyone or anything besides me and my husband. Not to mention, they packed the whole night up and put it in my family’s car!!
