Favorite part of wedding day
Selecting my favorite part of a wedding day is a challenging task. One moment that holds a special place in my heart is standing with the bride just before she embarks down the aisle. In those fleeting moments, I have the privilege of being a source of tranquility for her. It’s an opportunity for me to ground her and instill the confidence that our team has meticulously planned and executed her dream wedding. Now, she can fully immerse herself in the joy and magic of this significant moment. Having recently experienced the role of the bride’s mother, I deeply understand the desire for our children’s special day to be nothing short of perfect. This mission is personal to me, and I take pride in fulfilling it.

Wedding day tip
1. Savor Every Bite: Take advantage of your incredible caterers and indulge in the delicious food. It’s not just going to taste awesome, it’ll also keep you going strong all day long, so you can enjoy every minute of the fun.

2. Create Intimate Moments: Schedule private moments with your new spouse throughout the wedding day. These could include a quiet conversation in the bridal suite just after the ceremony or a private last dance for just the two of you. These special touches will allow you to connect emotionally and cherish each other’s presence amid the whirlwind of activities.

Wedding experience
Growing up, I was obsessed with weddings. I would dress up as a bride and force my cousins to play wedding day with me. At family weddings, I’d stare in awe at the brides, like they were princesses. I even planned my own wedding, my cousins’, and my daughter’s! Although I dreamed of planning weddings, life sometimes has other plans for us.

When my daughter met Lindsay, it was like a sign that it was time to make my wedding coordinator dreams come true! I joined Veil in June 2023, and it’s been the best decision ever. I’ve loved every minute of it and learned so much from the awesome women on the team.

Love for the Industry…
As a teacher by day, wedding planning offers me a unique opportunity to leverage my organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in an environment filled with joy and excitement. There is an added bonus of getting to work side-by-side with my oldest daughter. We take immense pleasure in ensuring that the bride and groom experience their dream wedding day, creating unforgettable moments for them and their family.

If you are considering hiring Veil Events…DO IT! Kaylie Rogers and the team are exceptional in every way. From our very first meeting, Kaylie’s calming presence and remarkable organizational skills assured me that my wedding day was in the right hands. She consistently went above and beyond, meeting with me monthly to ensure my vision was meticulously planned and executed. On the wedding day, I was able to relax and fully enjoy being a bride, as Kaylie flawlessly handled every detail. Everyone tells you to expect things to go wrong on your wedding day and to “just roll with it”….however, that is not the case if you hire Kaylie. I was shocked not one thing went wrong on our wedding day (or if it did, I still don’t know about it a month later) and I didn’t think/direct or do literally anything besides be a bride and have fun on the wedding day. Kaylie told me where to be and what to do every step of the day and it was the BEST day imaginable. My husband keeps joking we can’t get married again because I am already having Kaylie withdrawals. While Kaylie was a rockstar I can’t forget to shoutout Kezia and Katie! Kezia was my savior before I walked down the aisle, I got extremely nervous, and Kezia was right there. She was the hype woman I needed in that moment. Huge thank you Kezia! She also helped the boys stay organized, got their flowers on, sowed pants that didn’t fit and told jokes to keep them laughing throughout the day. My Husband is still telling the jokes and laughing about his time with Kezia. And Katie shoutout for making sure every detail was executed perfectly. I seriously can’t say enough great things about Veil Events and their team. Not to mention their wedding spreadsheet/planner is top tier. I have seen a lot of other companies’ products and nobody’s touches theirs. I would’ve been a disorganized mess without it. They were my favorite and best vendor I hired, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you again Kaylie for going above and beyond and helping make my Hallmark Christmas movie wedding dream become a reality.

Veil Events was the best vendor decision I made during wedding planning. My coordinator Kendra Trump truly went above and beyond the month prior to make sure I had the most stress free day possible. I did not feel stressed at all the days prior to the wedding because I knew she was speaking with and organizing my other vendors. She was so calm, organized, and kind and made the day run so smoothly! I received so many compliments about her from family and friends. Everyone needs a Kendra on their wedding day! Her team of Barbie and Kezia were also amazing at helping the day go so smoothly and setting things up more beautifully than I could have ever imagined. I can’t say enough amazing things about the team at Veil Events!
